Privacy notice

This notice explains what information NinesForge collects through ninesforge.com, why, who handles it for us, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the early-access form we receive your name, company, work email, role and anything you write about your project.
- Site visit statistics. We count page views and see which pages are visited, the referring site, and the browser, device type and country. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not set cookies, show ads, or buy, sell or share personal information for advertising.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and discuss your project.
- To tell you about early access to NinesForge, if you asked us to.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us.

These providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
How long we keep it
We keep your form details while we are in touch about your request, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate by Cloudflare.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you further rights, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, use the form on our home page, choose Privacy or data request as your role, and tell us what you would like us to do. We reply within 30 days.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to form messages to the people who need them.
Children
NinesForge is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
